My Mission

In all honesty, I am not a business person. I am a helping person. That makes my mission a simple one: to serve people and to add real value to their lives.
Being a workplace therapist, I believe it is my understanding of physical and mental wellbeing that best allows me to facilitate a more humane working culture – laying the foundations for shared understanding and respect.
Many people feel unsure of how to best accommodate physical and mental illness, particularly as it pertains to reasonability and service delivery requirements. Having serviced the corporate industry since 1998, my unique experience allows me to provide deeply necessary insight into how to prioritise employee health and happiness, while maintaining sustainable levels of productivity.
While I have worked in functional capacity evaluation for over 25 years, mental illness has become a special focus of mine. I am passionate about sharing awareness and reducing stigma around this badly understood phenomenon, providing team’s with real solutions around this ever-increasing workplace challenge.
And when I’m not doing all that, I’m hanging out with my precious pups, riding my bike, and strumming my guitar!
