A little something different today folks: using my own recent experiences with anticipatory anxiety within my personal life as an example, I am sharing with you how we often make our own realities far more heavy, painful and stressful than they need to be.
Both myself and my partner are relieved that our little Jonty is, largely, healthy, but wow, what an exercise in practicing what you preach!
